Canvas drawing help!?

acrylics will work best, especially if youre a beginner and not that good at mixing colours, as watercolours tend to mix and you have to wait a long time for them to dry. however, ive used everything from pencils (6b,4b, really soft, dark pencils) to conte crayons, charcoal and pastels (although astels work better on just a normal thick paper). they'l all work well but acrylic paints would work best. you can eeven use spray paints and airbrush on it.
