Do you think thi pregnancy can continue? HCG level of 42?

I know the spotting is concerning but it doesn't automatically mean you are going to miscarry. And your low count just means that you are very early in your pregnancy. I would relax as much as possible and wait for the next test results to come back before fearing the worst. I am high risk for miscarriages so my hCG levels are tested every 48 hours in early pregnancy. I know how hard the waiting and wondering is, but try to take it easy. I wish you luck!
