Tax exemption if living overseas?

I own a flat in the UK. I'm moving to Holland, therefore renting my flat out. Do i need to apply for some sort of tax exemption or tax something-or-other for my "earnings" on the UK flat rental (even though the rental income will not actually cover the mortgage payments).
