Please help looking for studio?

trying to help out my fiance (hip hop music) he has song content like a common or lupe fiasco or Kayne. not thug hip hop but hip hop with an alternative feel . we live in nyc will travel to new jersey. looking for a studio with a positive hip hop/ alternative rock type feel to it. people who believe in the art and not the look of hip hop please help..
