Is the depiction of under aged in fiction a crime in the US?

If it were illegal, Nabokov's book Lolita would never have been published here. Forums banning this are betraying America's Bill of Rights, a form of treason or subversion. Anything not blatantly ographic and "utterly lacking" in what SCOTUS calls redeeming social interest can be and should be publishable.
