I want to move to london?

Hello everyone,I am 18 years old,male,and from california specifically los angeles.I am torn on what to do.I am considering moving to new york and going to community college there or go to an art school(parsons)or to san fran and go to school there,or the university of arts in london.To tell you a little bit about myself I love fashion,music,art,architecture.I'm very into the britpop/dubstep/indieeclectronica scene,I would say anti-hipster,but i hate that word.My question is should I move to london and try and get into central saint ma,or the opposite way,and are there any community colleges near central london?or maybe camden? thanks everyone for any response
