Sorry, last time...why is guy playing stupid games when i'm not even interested?

to be short: i met a guy and we talked for awhile before i wanted to accept his invitation to make out. one thing led to another and we did stuff (not nor o r al) but under clothes touching. anyway, he knew i was a virgin and i told him that's as far as i would go. it was my first time doing that, but i liked it. i just keep away from that so as not to get a bad rep seen as a s*** when most know me as a "good girl". what i want to know is why he doesn't w ant to do it again lol he i texted him to come over but he said he was at work. then later he texts me that he's done and wanted to know what i was doing. i invited him over, but he didn't answer for awhile then finally replied that his boss gave him more work. are these excuses and what's the point i don't want him as my boyfriend!? EDIT: he texted me today "sup" haha wtf?
