It sounds like he likes both of u but she lives closer to him so he went for her and now that he cant have her he comes bac to u and he only told u he was glad for you cuz he likes you and didnt want u to feel bad or he jus didnt want to sound jealous but now he knows he needs to share his feelings with you.
