Tax liability on accrued interest paid by bank on date 31/3/2009 ?

In form 16-A given by bank for F.Y. 2009-10,there is an entry as -interest paid on date -31/3/2009,tax deposited on date- 5/5/2009.But as per form 26AS at TIN(NSDL) for F.Y.2009-10 the same amount of interest was paid on date 1/5/2009 and this amount of interest is nowhere shown in form 16-A and form 26As for f.Y. 2008-09,what is my tax liability as I was in 10% tax slab in f.y.2008-09 and in tax slab of 20% in f.y.2009-10 ?
