How do i approach this or how do i do something about this?

Hi i live on the second floor from my landlord wich is like 50 or 60 something... and i know he is gay cuz he told me but he be haveing little kids skipping school and smokeing pot with him... and every weekend he be haveing all these lil kids come to his house... he also has roomates that live with him and one of them told me that he tried to hit on him...and i also had a friend that use to rent a room from him and he also tried to hit on him so he moved out.... i just want to know what can i do about this i mean he is an old guy who loves to hang out with minors.... then one day a father of one of the kids that use to go there stoped at my house to question who lives there but i told him i dont know nuthing....then his myspace says child molester all over it... all those guys on his friends list i do recognize them comin to the house....here is my landlords url so you could see for yourself...www.myspace.com/cestari1 i dont want him to try to pull something with my kids i get nervous when im around him please help me with legal advise i would really apretiat it thanks.....
