Is this good combo Demise Destroction?

First you Ritual Summen Demise, King of Armegadon then use his effect pay 2000 LP to destroy the card on the field then set Yata-GARASU attack position then put face-down Null and Void then use Card of Destruction while your drawing activete Null and Void to stop the drawingand send the card to the graveyard. After that attack with Yata-Garasu to stop yor opponet from drawing then attack with Demise repeat the attack. Is it good i come up with in the yesterday nigth? How about it?
