Help me with the baking measurements!?

so my house is like pretty far from the supermarket, but i need baking measurements to bake a cake! but i only have the liquid measurements, and i know that a cup of water is different from a cup of flour, we can't use liquid measurement to measure dry food! but can you please tell me how much of a liquid measurement = 1 cup to measure flour? i have dixie paper cup, if it helps to measure, please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i want my cake to be perfect! cuz it's my 1st time baking :D thanks xoxo
