13 weeks pregnant, no insurance, hate my doctor.?

Im 13 weeks pregnant. My boyfriend and I have applied for medicaid but have not heard any answers back yet. The problem is we dont like our doctor at all, he is very condescending and makes us feel unexcited about having a baby whenever we leave his office. My monthly appointment is coming up and we dont know where we should go. Can we go to planned parenthood until we choose another doctor? If we dont get approved for medicaid are there any other options for us? I dont want any responses about how people on medicaid shouldnt be having kids anyway. We are loving, caring individuals. We dont do drugs or drink and only want the best life for our child. Only constructive advice PLEASE. I cant find comfort in my questions ANYWHERE, its getting overwhelming.
