Are these enough qualifications to find an IT job out there?

I have been unemployed for nearly a year and am just about to wrap up my MCSE and A+. I have a Bachelors in Computer Networking, and a minor in HR management. I also have 2 years experience working for a large corporation as an IT helpdesk yst, 2 year working for a medium size company as their Network Administrator, and 2 year working for a company as a Network Tech. I realize that many IT jobs want you to know everything including Linux/Unix and Cisco, but i'm not looking for a high end job, just an average pay around 50k a year type of job. Should I be okay in a good or bad economy with my background or is there anything else I can do or learn? I just don't know what else I need and not sure if having too many certs is a good idea since I have never worked for a large corporation as a Network Administrator. Any input would be appreciated! Thanks!
