Best neighborhoods to live in upstate NY? Preferably in/around Albany or Saratoga Springs?

I was looking at the Albany region but recently have been interested in the Saratoga Springs region as well. Basically I want a community with good school ratings and low crime rates that is family friendly. I would also prefer it be as close to hospitals in the area as possible. Thanks
