Do you think children are born atheists?

There isn't theism or atheism with children. Children are born innocent and unknowing, so how would they make a decision to deny God or accept God? It is nuetral until they hit the age of recognition. Until they are of the age to understand, children underneath that age are not accountable and will go to Heaven if they die young.
