I have this weird necklace, and I don't know where it come from.........?

It's this claw-shaped thing with a swirling pattern on it. Sorry, I couldn't find any more pictures. I saw this guy wearing it once-he said he got his from Busch Gardens. Another dude said, "Hey, that's one of those Indian things!" Does anyone here know where to get one or what it is?
