My Sucky Math skills?

Well it my final year in high school, and im having some trouble in algebra one cles yes i said algebra one am i stupid because i cant do math my percentage is and 85 i can never p any of the test but i receive high score on the home work i guess what im asking is how do i better my self on the math test
