my mate is doing her leaving cert (lives in Ireland) this year and then she is taking a year out before going to college. Her boyfriend lives in portsmouth and she wants to go live there but she has no money. How much will it cost to live in portsmouth per week? Including rent, food, bills, transport and other expenses.
