My cell phone fell in the toilet?

It was on when It fell in, but I had a plastic cover on it and it was closed. I took it apart, the indicator on the phone itself slightly turned colors but the indicator on the battery did not. I have it sitting in the sun right now. There is a small amount of condensation on the inside of the screen. It was only submerged for about 2 seconds, but when I pulled it out it was shaking. Any tips?
