With Obama's economic team in place since 11/15/08, why do we still not have a banking plan?

I agree with the first guy, they have been pushing all this pork crap down the throats of Americans before they know what hit them. It may even be a blessing that they are delaying the banking issue since their ultimate goal is to nationalize them.
